How do we work?

We first contact you in order to satisfy your needs and request: client profile, type of document, terminology, deadline, etc. Once we have accepted the task, we search for information about the topic, such as vocabulary. We then proofread the translation and deliver it within the time line.

We use several IT tools to satisfy your request, such as:

Interpretation

Telephone interpreting

The interpreter and the clients talk over the phone. The interpreter translates what is being said when someone finishes talking.

Online interpreting

Same principle as over the phone, but the call takes place on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. We ask our clients not to use an unstable Wi-Fi network in order to guarantee a good internet connection.

Liaison interpreting

The interpreter and the clients are in the same room. When one of them is done talking, the interpreter translates. This type of interpretation is ideal for small groups (less than five people).

  • Please note that travel expenses will be added to your bill in case of liaison interpreting.

How do we work?

Once we have accepted an interpreting mission, we search for relevant information about the topic, such as terminology, and important figures and companies in this area.
We also ask questions during the interpreting mission if something is not clear. After the mission, we are more than happy to listen to any feedback you might have about our work.

Post-editing

If you have translated a document via a translation software, we can proofread and revise its structure, coherence, and spelling. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a task, if you ask us to post-edit a text written in one of our languages.

Transcription

We transcribe your audio files and videos into modifiable documents. We work from French, Dutch, English, and Danish.
